... Events is a toxic work environment where employees are treated with disrespect. Salaries are not paid on time, and there are no employment benefits.The work environment is unclean and unhealthy,with inadequate water and tea facilities. Employees are constantly overworked and underpaid,and the management is micromanaging and controlling.There is a lot of backstabbing and gossip among the employees, employees are not given the resources they need to be successful. Employees are not valued or appreciated for their work, and they are constantly stressed and anxious about their jobs. Senior management is disrespectful to employees and constantly changes their work and responsibilities. There are no opportunities for growth and senior management never listens to employees concerns. Overall, Wow Events is a terrible place to work. Employees should avoid working for this company at all costs.
