Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Worthply gets most of its projects from Freelancer.com, that's why as a developer we get a variety of projects to work with. being a small company, developers have access to all most all resources and connect with customers. Both owners are very polite and generous.

... developers' work-life balance. Salaries are not up to the mark and not timely. There are huge delays in deliveries which in turn affect the developer's salary cycles. The company is not able to meet customers' goals, that why unsatisfaction from customers. Company infra is not up to the standard as per IT company. Overall, I personally dont recommend developers to join this company. If you dont care about salaries, and want to lean.. then you can join Worthply. Good luck
