friendly all staff and supporting culture

Dislikes

In some cases not same rules for national and expertises like national can take anytime emergency even they have two week rotation & also one month annual leave but if expertises apply for emergency leave company forcefully told to take your eligible leave not emergency leave.

Worleyparsons , ADMA OPCO WORKING CULTURE IS Excellent. HSE policy , procedures are equivalent to ADNOC and SHELL PROCEDURES and 100% importance and follow up were given and implemented very Strictly. I have worked for GPF, IGD-HAP and in ABUDHABI in on shore and offshore till completion of commissioning and hand over to offshore processing department. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
