Nothing. Baroda office management is only after branding their own image for higher salary and promotions.

Dislikes

1. Management is partial to their favorites, brands their own image for higher salary and promotions. 2. Its a consultant job, no learning, no use of technical skills, dont follow standards properly in documents. 3. Slow work method:type long letters instead of using copy paste, or use of macros. Intelligent work method is not at all encouraged.

...th of hard working peoples. So if you have skill of fadaka polish then no issue. You will get salary hike and position in this company.

Dislikes

Worst Department managers in each department as they are chatus and get post without any adequate experience but fadaka polish.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
