Nothing. Baroda office management is only after branding their own image for higher salary and promotions.

Dislikes

1. Management is partial to their favorites, brands their own image for higher salary and promotions. 2. Its a consultant job, no learning, no use of technical skills, dont follow standards properly in documents. 3. Slow work method:type long letters instead of using copy paste, or use of macros. Intelligent work method is not at all encouraged.

...fe balance is good. Fixed hours. Transportation is provided. Good leaves policy. Maximum components of salary are in hand. Managers are supporting so are lead offices.

They r not supporting and also not paying salary in such crisis and also they hire people without any resource planning and asking to fill leave without pay since march ....
