Nothing. Baroda office management is only after branding their own image for higher salary and promotions.

1. Management is partial to their favorites, brands their own image for higher salary and promotions. 2. Its a consultant job, no learning, no use of technical skills, dont follow standards properly in documents. 3. Slow work method:type long letters instead of using copy paste, or use of macros. Intelligent work method is not at all encouraged.

raise in salary they didn't considered value of contract staff i work here 8 yrs on contract but still on contract basis with low increment my behavior was good, skill is good (handle projects individually)

Culture wise it's good. Importance given to work life balance. Employees are encouraged to improve their skills as well as they can suggest improvements in work practices.

Job security is not at par. One may not be fired but pay cuts would be there whenever company will not have jobs.
