Double standard behaviour for contract base employees As compared to the permanent employees. And also facilities are different for permanent and different for contractual employees

Worst HR team ever, even after 10 months from resignation clearance still pending not giving experience letter, and when you try to contact them they will ignore you.

It's great experience. I learned a lot of things here, technical and non technical as wel. I aware with API standards, procedures here. Its a brain storming experience and chalenging experience here.

You get to learn a lot technically about valves and also about basic mechanical processes such as forging, casting, HT, welding, Machining etc. Also good for quality people as lot of NDT testing happens there.

As a organization it is very poor and you really don't get anything to learn in terms of organization processes.
