Instead of joining this company, one should work for NGO... HR is hopeless and forcefully asked for resignation of almost all working persons at Mumbai office with pending 5 months salaries... Great company to work if you wish to do social service.

Dislikes

All sort of Ego problems within Branch Heads... No Salaries for 5 months... No Full & Final Settlement of Dues.. Customers sending Legal Notices for not returning advance payments against cancellations of orders.

Its a terrible place where you get salary once in a blue moon. General managers and HR manageres are so disgusting. They can take off for no reason but if any employee takes an off even though your reason is geniuone, you are t allowed. Unprofessional behaviour. Globally its like dear is not allowed in professional life but according to them Dear is more important, it shows their unprofesionalism. And of course for any person family is forst importance but these people dont care about your family or your health. They care about kust them. Also to add on is being CRMExecutive there NO one of any customer is damn INTERESTED to talk to the employee if this firm because of its unprofessional behaviour and false yet fake promises.

They dont tell thier new joinings exactly what to do and also about their products. Customers are not interstef to talk to these employees. And also no AC as they are mwnat for jist hugh positions. And u sit in a thermocol nade office
