Lot of politics, management will not listen to anybody. There is no working environment, they will not give you joining letter and once you will leave the company, there is no chance to get experience letter

I love the fact that i was a part of the company that helped me grow my career in the initail phase of my life. From a business assosiate I became Team leader in 2 Years. If you have good skillsets in computing and you are a quick learner your work will be recognized and rewarded. Client is Canada based so you get lots of Indians working there intracting on daily basis. Working with them feels like home.

Dislikes

Work pressure was very high. Sometimes i had to work 11-14 hours as if you get responsibility of some work you have to finish that off before going home making sure no loss to the company. Transport faciliy is only for delhi residents and female employees. None for gurgaon residents. There is no PF privided in the company.
