Salary was coming on time. I have listen that they have allowed Work from home in covid.

Dislikes

When I left they were not paying salary on time, salary cut in covid situation, you can not contribute your views and experience, only few people have rights to speak.

Few people were good over there as a team mate but overall there was no learning because of the environment over there

Almost everything. Lack of growth. Lack of understanding. They Don't know how to do things bcoz planning is easy but doing something is hard for them

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
