... get lots off perks while working like incentive, leaves etc. * Good incentive * On time salary * 7 or 8 week offs * Good culture * Good policies

Sometimes you have to do overtime to complete your target. Sometimes manager become to strict with your targets that they don't let you go home untill you finishes your target

Nothing to like about this organisation except payment and incentives also night shift allowances.

All the things which is needed to be a good organisation that is missing here Work life balance - NO Promotion- NO SAT/SUN working - YES PARTIALITY - YES Casteism - YES managers behaviour - Worst They are not discussing with people for sat sun working they directly update the roster and ask people to come otherwise same day resignation will be there NSA not approved in time so the pay cycle will impact for us they don’t have care.

Salary hikes and promotion are a dream in this company even the current salary you are getting will get deducted in some months they don't do it on purpose but they have made all the protocols and procedures for attendance so you will lose your attendance.
