Nothing special in WNS apart from decent salary. in WNS they don't provide paper cup to drink water u have bring your own water bottle to drink and appraisal was a Scam. I had B Rating and I got a hike of 1% which is 400 Rs according to my in hand salary. I am working here from 2 years so looking better opportunity. WNS is not a good company for long carrier

...ther growth like promotions, no opportunity to develop to lean to something new. During the appraisal you get only 500 rs increment in your salary. So this is not right place to growth.

I don't like salary structure. Even hr doesn't explained about how salary structure is and they are not providing night shift allowance and cuts the salary even didn't mentioned in the salary sleep where they are cutting the salary.

...ice. 8 years experienced persons getting 30000 per month. No 2 way cab provided. Basic salary is 14500 per month how an employee can survive with that amount in Hyderabad city Hostel fee 6000-8000 Travel expenses 2000-3000 Other expenses 5000 How they survive better to stay in home instead of wasting time here
