Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The only good thing about the organization is that salary is on time.

NO PROPER TRAINING. NO RESPECT TO EMPLOYEES, VERY BAD WORK CULTURE. PUBLIC HUMILATION & NO APPRICIATION. NO 1 WILL CORRECT/STOP YOU IF YOU ARE GOING WRONG, ONCE THE MATER GOES WRONG THEY WILL CREATE A SEAN OUT OF IT. ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. WORKING HOURS 8AM TO 6PM

Nothing very great...total loss in career if you join this company. Don't adhere to commitments. All the employees are frustrated working in this company..

Dislikes

Same as above..poor management...they don't have any proper work ethics... employees don't have fun to work.
