The organization has a very positive energy with each, and every individual focused on their goals. It gives everyone the opportunity to build expertise in the latest cloud technologies. People have grown in this organisation much faster than normal industry standard. With my role, I have the full freedom to explore the market, create new partnerships and provide strategic inputs for growth within the existing customer base.

As such no positive point is there only bad and horrible experience i am having.

There is multiple boss, life has become terrible only work and work whether there is work or not you have to be in office for 9 hrs no training learn by your own you are only here to get tortured by Sify's Employees , No Salary slip, No Offer letter No cafeteria, No Off on Saturday sounds like working in cyber cafe 24*7 u have to be available to go through their torture better to open a tea stall than working here.
