On time salary. Good office interior.

Dislikes

If employee resign then employee should serve 3 month notice period. If company terminate then they don't want to give full 3 month notice pay to employee. All Employees kindly unite so that appointment terms are actually implemented for all employees.

Office workplace look wise is good.

After joining. 5 days KT is given by long time developer and team lead who don't want new employees to grow and replace them. When we ask query they behave as if they have IQ of 190 And new developer has 50 IQ. After KT when coding they won't explain application workflow. Technical lead will give non existing issue and push new developers to solve it. New developer being unaware of deep intricacies of module left helpless. Then Tech lead file case against new developer for termination. I came to know same happened with others. Hence posted issue. HR is puppet. Not human.

Senior HR manager vadodara is big cheater, because if you complain against him. He will not give you experience letter. Human resource manager don't know humanity. Owner of workforce logiq should replace HR manager in same way.

My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do?
