This is not a company this company is full of fraud and false promises, firstly they’ll hire you on the basis of Personal interview & this interview feels like a basless shit they didn’t even know how to ask a questions they didn’t even know how the Talent acquisition works and after the interview they’ll hire you and they don’t even stand what they offer you in the JD, in the name of HR (Talent acquisition) they only had us to fetch the data from LinkedIn and other sites, There is big difference between Technical Recruiter and Sourcing in the name of technical recruiter the main work is to fetch the data and copy paste in the excel sheet feels like we are doing some data entry type of shit, Ritu Ashar is the Co-Founder of the company She doesn’t even have an HR background she don’t know how to run a company how HR team and operations works she always tells us to work like a labour, At the time of my internship they told me in the JD that if your work is fine and top notch we will offer you a full time and among each & every interns my work was like top Team leads and everyone will give you a false hope that they will hire you and in same case they wasted my 3 months after telling me that they will offer me a full time. They don’t even have an office and they are based in Singapore but I’m google it will show it is based in US, you’ll get confuse who is running this company, basless shit company, now work culture, no work ethics, no promotion, there’s nothing you can say good about this company dont join this company if you want to save your time, in the name of startup they are playing with the people who are seeking jobs save your time and dont join this type of companies.

Nothing , they don't care about their employees there is no work life balance there is no job security they can tell anytime to leave they don't trust their employees there is no proper training given usually companies provide 3 months training but they can tell you to leave within 3-months. One of the worst companies ever , they make interns to work for them in free.

It's being a startup we can understand how the things happenimg in the IT world.

Will recruite many young professionals as interns telling they will provide oppurtunity and make their work done by giving targets once their target is reached they will kick you out saying. We need only 1 person at this moment and you haven't met the target. I have observed this for 4 to 5 batches.
