...gement is not transparent. there is no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are poor, appraisals are not fair and they give poor salary hike.

Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There ia a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 3 years before which you cannot re-sign. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Technical team is quite good and very supportive. So skill development is upto mark.

Dislikes

Management & HR policy is too poor from 2018. They are not concerned about employees issues & look after things profitable and directed by management.

1.great for learning purpose. 2.site facilities are available. 3.free lunch and breakfast.

Dislikes

1. Hr policy is not good.they think from managements perspective. 2.management is aware of employee issues but they don't take any step to help them because that isn't profitable for them. 3.some of the managers don't deserve their post but still they have it. 4.HR and mangers behave like they are making any favors by letting the employees working in the company.
