The company is an automation company,which can be produced at the auto parts in the car.An a/c control panel is the production of this company.An actuator,field coil is one of the product of this company.

I don't like this my process,Because it's like a production line.I willing to work in PLC program.

6k per month. 6days work. Sometimes have to come and work on Sundays too.

One day training. Within a day you can't learn the process. You ll be asked to work from next day. Within a few days you have to meet the impossible targets. People will yell. Machine life. Backdoor for this job too... Haha...

I learn many quality document for that company and my teammates play lot of politics, so upgrads myself. My team engineer is my backbone because she teach all document work.

Increment is very low,its a tire 2 company
