No leaves provided by the company. Need to work 6 days a week with one week off (rotational) If you get sick or have personal issues and do not go to office, you will get a pay cut. Salary is credited between the 13-15 of the month which is insane. This means you will be working 45 days and then get paid for 30 days. There are no benefits like PF. You just have to work like a slave.

...iation and behavior issues in this organization. I worked in the Swiggy process. First, we have salary issues. Second, there are issues with the app (I have proof of this). And when you provide all the evidence, TL Aditya Shaw and the rest of the managers just ignore it and blame you instead. When your shift ends, and you're called to attend a meeting by TL Aditya Shaw (who thinks he's the CEO of the company in his mind), if you say you can't join because it's already midnight and your shift ended long ago, his fragile ego can't handle it. So, he terminates you on the spot using his tactics. When you go to the senior management regarding this humiliation, they ignore everything despite having all the proofs. I have all the evidence, and this isn't just my experience. Many colleagues under Aditya Shaw face similar behavior issues but can't speak up for various reasons. I request Mr. Yogesh Mishra (founder of Woodrock Infotech Private Limited) and the senior management to look into this matter. I'm not the only victim of Aditya Shaw's autocratic decisions and atrocious behavior; many others are suffering in silence.

The only thing good is that the company is laid back and you can work while doing college and you'll get weekoffs on your exams and they give you part time as well

Everything apart from that is horrible they will make you join at so low pay like in part time you will get 6000 and in full time you will get 11000 and the amount of work you have to do for that salary is unbearable they can call you in weekoffs change your weekoff randomly and the company is really disorganised when you will go for interview the HR will make you wait for 4-5 hours and the worst thing is if you get night shift. They provide cab service but they will stuff 7-8 employees in a single car and you will have to roam around half of Kolkata before reaching home. It's overall an okay company if you don't want anything serious and just want pocket money but don't think of making a career here

There was nothing good, I will suggest not to join because you will lost your personal space, they are going to change your KRA daily without any discussion on the name of process requirement you will not get a fixed day off they don't care about any of their employees.
