1. Mobile phone not allowed 2. Salary delayed by two months. 3. Half day leave deduction, if late by 1 min,Caught 3 times if ID card and formal not worn. 4. Compelled to sit for extra 1 hour after working hours, else owner will notice and will throw you out. 5. Lots and lots of politics. 6. Managers are relatives hence no growth. 7. In short not recommended

Only store colleague is good.

_No work life balance on festivals also you have to come store and there is no additional they will pay you. _Worst after sales service customer give you call and harras you. _Senior not interested to talking to you.

Work life balance :- only one week off on Sunday Salary and benifit :- worst HR police Appraisal:- same after 2 year Job security:- depends on owner mood he belive in PIP

...high designated people try to improve the system but then, they get spoil too. Also pay is also less as per the market standards.

Very good start up company,excellent working culture and overall working experience is good, getting salary on time, colics are very friendly and supporting

Don’t get any benefits,(like medical ,food, transport also),not get any central holiday
