Company has successfully implemented work from home within a week. The company has paid full salary during the three months of lock down. Management has successfully provided new project to people who have completed their old project. Work life balance has taken a dig during the pandemic. OT has been stopped since the lockdown. No talks about appraisal yet as it is just month of June.

Work life balance is not great as people say it is. Salary benefits can be improved, could include some allowances. Company should think about work from home model after lockdown. No transport facility.

The management is non interactive woth the employees Insensitive towards problems faced by individuals My team leader does not have any leadership qualities but still the management does not care There are employees who have been flavored so much so an emplyee against whom an HR was filed was given award in a public forum and also given a promotion, and the person complaining was asked to leave. No focus on skill development and personal development.

Huge workload allows you to get accustomed with working under pressure. You will be getting a good exposure to foreign codes and standards. Training is basically OJT which is somewhat better than formal training as it allows you to apply your learnings in real time which also develops your confidence. Project leads are mostly helpful they will really help you to develop your concepts and they themselves are also very knowledgeable. In case of any conceptual misunderstanding, you can ask anyone to get it cleared as almost everyone around you have an experience of at least 10 years which also implies that you will mostly be working with experienced employees, though Wood is currently increasing its graduate intake but the ratio is bare minimum. And last but not the least projects are mostly international and working on them really makes you fit for international competition.

...w the instructions of there leads and behave in the way they are asked to be. Salary is below average in comparison to the quantity of the deliverables you are asked to produce. Promotion is really slow.
