Dislikes
The management is non interactive woth the employees
Insensitive towards problems faced by individuals
My team leader does not have any leadership qualities but still the management does not care
There are employees who have been flavored so much so an emplyee against whom an HR was filed was given award in a public forum and also given a promotion, and the person complaining was asked to leave.
No focus on skill development and personal development.
I like to work in wood just because of salary package otherwise I think you are upgrading or knowledge no any employee oriented company I think the company thinks I am giving good package mean I have brought the employee like a product after that' I will throw in the dustbin
No cafeteria, No Gymnasium, Untained Management, No Skill set & Zero learning, Big politics, Work like a Labour, Unprofessional talk of Manger, Women empowering company where they don't have any knowledge of work just they are management because of early joing and politics.
Everything.. Toxic managers and work culture.. No work life balance... Overtime work without OT pay... No additional bonus.. Partiality in appraisal... No job security... They can eliminate you by deploying corporate politics...

Huge workload allows you to get accustomed with working under pressure.
You will be getting a good exposure to foreign codes and standards.
Training is basically OJT which is somewhat better than formal training as it allows you to apply your learnings in real time which also develops your confidence.
Project leads are mostly helpful they will really help you to develop your concepts and they themselves are also very knowledgeable.
In case of any conceptual misunderstanding, you can ask anyone to get it cleared as almost everyone around you have an experience of at least 10 years which also implies that you will mostly be working with experienced employees, though Wood is currently increasing its graduate intake but the ratio is bare minimum.
And last but not the least projects are mostly international and working on them really makes you fit for international competition.
...w the instructions of there leads and behave in the way they are asked to be.
Salary is below average in comparison to the quantity of the deliverables you are asked to produce.
Promotion is really slow.
