Management is working under clients presure . Not folowing documentation and contracting norms Instead of going trough proper investigation. Directly believing clients statements

Unfortunately when Covid-19 arised they laid off all the team and afterwards I noticed that the company is not taking care at all.

I liked to work with Wood but unfortunately the reintegration programme due to COVID-19 lay-offs as announced by WOOD is not really taking place. Almost 99% of the previous team have still no job and only 1 could get a job with Wood
