I am working here for almost 2 year and continue to work here. In between these 2 year I have learned lot in this company. The best things is here is that if you have any problem you can directly talk to Mr. Prakash sir( owner of this company) he will understand your point very well and will solve it as soon as possible.

Speaking according to my experience, Some senior engineers here simply forwarded there work load to juniors and are afraid to take responsibility. And all very good here, you can fine a lot to learn here

Seniors are expected to coach, mentor and train juniors. Bigger projects are given for smaller teams. No cafeteria.

As I have served in this company for a long period of timeso I find myself eligible to write this. First of all their training period is excellent. They will teach you everything from scratch before sending you in any site. Now comes to site part: they have good quality of projects so you will learn a lot. Anytime you are feeling stressed or demotivated in site you can directly contact to director Prakash, he will help you in all possible ways. That's the best part. Overall it's a good environment.

Dislikes

Some senior Employees are useless. All they do is, come, sit for 8 hrs and go. If you ask for any project related help they will simply ignore. But thank god Prakash sir is there he will definitely arrange help for you.

Wondersys Automation is a good platform for learning and skill development for scada,mainly we are concentrating in wonderware products.All related scada work will done by Wondersys Automation like service ,development ,designing and licenseing .Good Platform for Career Growth
