- There is nothing to like about this bane of a company. - It follows Hire and Fire policy(Just check Linkedin, how many people have left/fired within short period of time). - They follow this strategy more with freshers. Hire them as interns, get as much as work from them as possible and then tell them their performance is not up to the mark and fire them. SIMPLE!!! - Join this company, IF and ONLY IF you are badly in need of a Job. Else there are lot many companies in Bangalore.

Company policy is good, about job security if you have skills you are secure. Work culture is excellent. Management is helpful.

Well I thought it is very difficult for me to work in different different platform with in small period, but I may be wrong please note this.
