Working in WonderLa is always so Educational, everyday there's something to learn, that could be in your job profile, talking to new people, incidents on park, how to handle different types of people.
Being in GR relations, it has given me more exposure towards Service Industry, which will definitely be helpful for every individuals future.
Shaving, that's it. It's not like everyone with beard is a bady person, yes in service industry looks does matter a lot, the way we present ourselves, but also from employes perspective it will be good if the employee is allowed to have decent beard, neatly trimmed and look smart and carry his Professional Ethics.
There’s nothing I dislike about the job in particular. It’s just that I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for them. Surely, maybe they do not have the budget to pay me more, and that’s fine. But I honestly believe that with my 2.5 years experience I should be earning more than 25K Monthly. I have a family, and a better salary is really needed with all the expenses we have right now.
