Well, the culture! Not that great, if you worked in a corporate culture then be prepared, It's not going to be that great. Too harsh to accept the words thrown at you. One big Lie, they tell the organisations that the recruiters dedicatedly work for their projects, but no! They don't. The make the RPO's To work for all the clients and make them chase the target.

Likes

The knowledge you gain here is a plus. Organisation consists of experienced but immature individuals who think bossing around is how you treat employees.

Dislikes

No job security, work life balance does not exist. Leave balances are a joke, there’s no way you can cash any leaves you have even if it’s an emergency. Expected to be in office in rain, floods or fire. And work from home in time of rains, floods, road blocks or any disaster is illegal and you will be relieved immediately without a notice period. All these are my personal experiences. Sounds about professional. Appreciation for your efforts are slim to none. Apparently work from home while you’re sick is non adherence to work habits and results in exit process.
