Salary on time and fix package

Dislikes

Worst management, manager think people who report him is there slave. Dont respect your work, dont care if anyone work 12hr a day work, evan director disrepect people by saying 200 out of 300 people do 15hr a day work, dont tell this nonsense to him. - Micromanagement -Dictatorship by manager and director - Manager use disgraceful word, shout in-front of other - tract of minute to minute work, and force people to pickup work with full 10hr of work. - Environment is stressful, management team and HR is unprofessional. - No work life balance.

Fixed salary and good policies.

Too much micromanagement, managers would tell you to be in call throughout the day and keep updating them minor details too. Manager keeps checking your teams status whole day and pings as soon as you are away. Zero flexibility. Poor culture. Lengthy hours everyday. absolutely no work life balance.

Pros: It is stable company with good culture. Good work life balance. You can stay long in this company as it is product based and have decent salary.

It is not good for career growth. There is already created framework and you need to automate some new test cases and do some maintenance nothing than that.

...our family things. Also, half day leave is also considered, which is excellent. Pay scale is also as per market but they initially make a bond of 2 years keeping your 5-10 % salary which you get after year completion like 1st year and then 2nd year. Job security is great. Although you miss any project then they can shift you in their other projects. Remember this is growing product based company, so ultimately they have lot of project to carry. Appraisals are also average, but promotion is very bad thing here as some old employees keeping their chairs tight and they are mostly preferred for promotions though they are less in experience than new joiners.

Bond of 2 years to pay you complete in hand salary. They keep 5-10 % of your CTC and will give you at end of your 1st and 2nd year. Appraisals and promotions are not based on your previous experience but your current experience in company.Mostly promotions are given to old employees here though they are overall less experienced than new joiners.
