...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

very good chance to learn all things because our company give importance in quality and my job in quality. All data about quality save in SAP system so easy to analysis any problem related to quality.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high and growth is slow because our department head is main resistance for us.

Management maintains Malik - Naukar Attitude...Overall, It's bad company to work for Professionals with Good Qualifications, Who aspire to claimb Corporate Ladder..

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
