Mr.Gautham Selected Me For This Position. MD Mr.Ramakrishnan And Mr.Aravind Both Are Good Human Beings And Also They Motivate And Encourage As Well. I Worked Here From September 16,2018 To February 20,2019. I Hope I Did My Best To This Organization Within Shorten Period Of Time. Managing Directors Also Knows That. But The Team Leads (Who Are The Mediator Between Management - Ourselves) Are The Unmatured People And They Only Support Their Region People (Like Same Native) From My Point Of View. Why I Am Saying This "If Something Happen They First Enquire Other Person Instead Of Enquiring Both The People". Simply The Management Will Be Good If They Directly Analyse The Issue Instead Of Believing Those Store Leads. Otherwise No Issue With The Company.

And Also They Did Not Paid My Last Month Salary Rs.10500 (Even I Have Earned Leaves At That Time) + Incentive Totally Nearby Rs.13000. * But Earlier, They Told If You Discontinue This Job Within Three Month From Your Date Of Joining We Will Deduct 50% From Your Salary For That Month You Need To Be Leave. But I Did Work Here For Nearly Six Month. But They Did Not Paid My Last Month Salary.
