The company is capable of winning iconic projects. But, to sustain in the local office politics is very difficult. Senior officials are not treating juniors well.

Dislikes

Evrything. No respect for your talent. When you join new, the people already working there feel insecure and making everything against you. I don't know its happening to all. But, I knew it happened to many including me.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role.
