The HR has no constant policy. The policy will change according to the employee and his relationship with HR. The main HR is wife of Product head so everyone reports to her. Retain good guys.

I wasted my precious 6 months on the worst decision of life... NO job security NO training NO career growth. God knows how they managed to get the funding... Join at your own risk. The management works like a Lala mentality who are ready to use and throw experienced candidates and hire freshers/interns to finish the task.
