Nothing to like about this organisation except payment and incentives also night shift allowances.

All the things which is needed to be a good organisation that is missing here Work life balance - NO Promotion- NO SAT/SUN working - YES PARTIALITY - YES Casteism - YES managers behaviour - Worst They are not discussing with people for sat sun working they directly update the roster and ask people to come otherwise same day resignation will be there NSA not approved in time so the pay cycle will impact for us they don’t have care.

...ice. 8 years experienced persons getting 30000 per month. No 2 way cab provided. Basic salary is 14500 per month how an employee can survive with that amount in Hyderabad city Hostel fee 6000-8000 Travel expenses 2000-3000 Other expenses 5000 How they survive better to stay in home instead of wasting time here

The name is there in the market but there is very less work life Ballance.

The company itself is not good to work. No work life balance. They play with your bonus out and give it as per their wish. Minimum duration for promotion is 4 years even if you perform good. Want you to work on weekends also

Great Learning as its a very hand-on environment. One gets to lead and his/her leadership qualities are tested and thereby harnessed Wide range of experience to choose from across multiple verticals and horizontals and also provides flexibility to move across departments right from Operations to multiple support teams
