Top management only things about profit and loss, they don't care about you. Salary growth is very low, you get promoted but your salary will be low as campare to other associate. HR department work for only Top management. Service not up to the mark Admin and service department not doing there job. Canteen food is not good

The company transfers or move the person to another process if any process ramps down. They don't do any layoff.

...managers and favouritism, increments and appraisals are too low, they are ready to hire new person and pay them a higher salary instead of giving salary hike according to market standards to an existing employee, unequal dustribution of work

Good work Life balance. Job security is there, If you have good management hierarchy it is an add on to your promotion based on your performance. No extra hours working, one can logout on time.

Salary and benefits not upto the mark. Appraisal are poor even though you perform best.

Everything is bad, high pressure, salary increment less than inflation ratio. This company is not good for earning purpose. They are hiring employees with low salary like 4k to 10k basic

...nd your manager, If you get wrong process the work culture is terrible in WNS. No compensation even no incentives are giving. The begging always be there for allowances. Don't go just for name WNS. Think 10 times to join this company. Work culture is terrible,nothing to learn. Large politics in the management.
