The process in which i work in is really advanced and the clients are great. Upper management knows how to appreciate an employee based on his/her performance.

Dislikes

Everything takes too much time. Appraisal is standard but the salary includes variable pay which only comes twice a year based on teams performance.

The very first BPO I worked in, and had the best ever experience. No regrets at all working there. 😇

Dislikes

The salary package is quite low and there are no mobiles allowed on the floor, mobiles are supposed to be kept in the lockers which is out of your cabinets. Except for this, everything is awesome. ☺️

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.

I got pay on time,Senior staff is so much cooperating.No one is having the attitude of Senior.

Dislikes

We don't get cab or shuttle facility from home,any parties,Tours and Diwali or new year bonus from company side.

Good work Environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees
