Good Place to work. Very stable organization with respect to job security. Best work life balance, Compensation is good and depends and performance. Good clients and challenging works to enhance the knowledge.

Over all company is okk, their is no discipline and salary is less, management is not good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

"On the positive side, there's a strong emphasis on staying away from office politics, which creates a more pleasant work environment. The team is generally great to work with, and collaboration is usually smooth. Of course, like any workplace, there are small issues here and there, but nothing that’s out of the ordinary."

"One major downside is that the salary you are offered when you join is the salary you’ll be stuck with. Don't expect any meaningful raises or salary increases in the years to come. It's disappointing to see little to no effort in rewarding employee growth or performance with appropriate compensation."
