And it effects in our ratings and incentives, Forget about incentives for a while(as if they provide more salary) , the main thing they won’t trust the analyst (employee) ,and they ask for proof. ...s extremely harsh intended to take maximum output with less than minimum wages . I have seen people working here for 5 year with less than 15k salary. very shocking
