I like the most is working environment of this company here we can learn a lot of things with Rotational Work station in similar Activity.

Here i dislike Salary part of this company where your monthly bonus is included in CTC but it will not given by company even if you complete your 100% target.

...ure. Work culture is. Management is not good hard to connect with HR or seniors. Salary structure is not good they don't increase payout easily and hardly increases 3-4% appraisal. Very bad in salary perspective

Salary always comes on time. They didn't let anyone of their employees go during lockdown as well. However, Joined the company thinking about the growth opportunities as it was a Google process, but the management here doesn't really care about your mental health or physical health at all. There is no work life balance so as to speak of. Salary always comes on time, some growth opportunities as well if you are willing to be their pets. Would not recommend to someone who is looking for a good work life balance and some mental peace while working but it'll be okay if you have any prior experience working in similar situations.

...i-gov job, no micromanagement which makes the professional life easy to go thru. Job security, I received 14 months free salary due to process rampdown. Also after I left the job, I got extra lunpsum payout for the remaining leaves in my kitty. People are also good behavior wise.
