...your work is getting recognized you can grow much faster in seniority hierarchy. You should not worry about the salary. They provide salary on one fixed date. You should have the good mentality to represent yourself through your work in the world. Ultimately, your work is getting recognized by client who is deeply and eagerly to have work for them. My supervisor said that think yourself you are an Indian who is solving the problems through business solutions. This can add brand equity of employer and your nation. Be a good team member in under your supervisor and teammates. Only thing you required to give your performance with maximum attention and diligence that you have. Your systematic, meticulous work with a plan to execute the job in less time, fast, and righteous, you may rise like a phoenix in the company, and become respected member of society.

I don't want to comment on dislikes. Sometimes, you may not be fit for that role. This can backfire you. Before opting for job read job description and job specification thoroughly. And introspect yourself that would your lifestyle, soul, mind and heart are urging you to do that work. Because there are many ups and downs due to external crises, you should be very much resilient to handle that. In BPO, KPO, LPO, your work is making the perception about you primarily in international stage where it should meet the standards and specifications with a very high quality. If you feel disregard with your job, or you cannot give the entire heart and soul to the assigned work. Feel free to discuss with your supervisor, because in no improvement this can change the perception of your employer very badly. Be cautious about your career in multinational companies through integrity, honesty, and morality. What may require addressing that to do, read spiritual books and visit to some charity and social service organizations of good repute, like RamaKrishna Mission, Bharat Sevashram Sangh, BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, ISKON, Chinmaya Mission, Ramana Kendra, Sarda Mission, etc. Because their exposure will make you a person to feel that you are on very lucky side that you got employed. Their integral, hone, and moral advise can help you to do the assigned work in the job with very contended and resilient manner.

Yes, I had been worked at WNS ,Total Experience of this BPM was 2 years, Firstly positive sign is job security and work life balance are there... WNS is provide employment for every class means if u have a guts u get a higher package too.And there are many process for according Ur Qualification and Skills...so in my opinion 3.9/5.

First, As i told previously that its opon u and Ur Education and Skills....that how get a salary. And u know that now a days are inflation is so high in every month needs....pricing rising of essential goods but our salary is stuck in a horizontal way.

If you are looking for job security. Then this company is perfect. It's good if you are a fresher.

Poor compensation/benefits, don't expect any growth/promotion or good increments and management is not good at all. It doesn't matter how much hard you work you will get same incentives as a non-performer gets. Don't expect any annual increments or appraisal. No appreciation or recognition.

I don't like salary structure. Even hr doesn't explained about how salary structure is and they are not providing night shift allowance and cuts the salary even didn't mentioned in the salary sleep where they are cutting the salary.
