WNS is good company for those who are looking stable job, desk job with less pressure & fair salary compared to market standards. If you live in Tier2,3 cities, then WNS salary is sufficient as compared to other companies. As well you have less pressure, 5 days working, etc. You will get time for you & your family.

Dislikes

There are no rotational shifts. And slow growth in BPM sector in terms of Salary. Employees are working on same salary for 3 years. Salary hike & incentives are not sufficient.

Overall company culture is good but some points are not good but I think when you get best salary then this companies best for you. Work culture is very nice.

Dislikes

Work culture is highly toxic. No respect for each other. Growth is majorly based on biased opinion or choices. They give preference to their personal choices. There is no clarity about company policies. Candidates are given different information at various stages at different level of their employment. If you are selected at a lead operations or a position above that, and that too in a support function, you can just forget about any growth opportunities (talking about getting the work that can help you in your recognition in the future) for at least in first 1-2 years. Awards are given only to certain people based on favoritism and their boot-licking abilities. Extreme level of micro-management is there. They lack in providing basic facilities, like glassed for drinking water or tissue papers in toilets... excuse if that they have a paperless environment. Assets provided to the employees are worn out and at times faulty. they struggle to provide headsets even for calling processes.
