Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Dislikes

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

Nothing to like about this organisation except payment and incentives also night shift allowances.

All the things which is needed to be a good organisation that is missing here Work life balance - NO Promotion- NO SAT/SUN working - YES PARTIALITY - YES Casteism - YES managers behaviour - Worst They are not discussing with people for sat sun working they directly update the roster and ask people to come otherwise same day resignation will be there NSA not approved in time so the pay cycle will impact for us they don’t have care.

Worst environment of company, management, salary not good for deserving employees, favouritism in promotion, toxic environment, work pressure, no proper training material to deliver new joiners.

... Growth is done only whn IJP comes that too if we move to other team if not our Destination remain same * Having no hike in salary * Having no any gifts/Vouchers or Sweet box to the Employees for Dasara or Deepavali Festival

If you are a fresher you can start your career with it. There is no growth in terms of salary and promotion. The work culture is good but if you want good growth you need to switch the company.
