The company is good in terms of upskilling, infrastructure is as diverse as we think, it's collection of forest of vast environments

Dislikes

This one would be the drawback for being a huge organisation, manyier times teams have realised that there is duplicate efforts. If someone is developing a new product and if that product is already built and used by different teams, the team developing the product get to know about this not earlier. Most of the controls lie in the hands of US leadership.
