1. Hostile Working Environment. 2. Work are allotted more than SOW provided. 3. Fee was not released on time and if released than payment was lower than the amount agreed. OPE was not released on time even OPE are incurred on behalf of the company. 4. There is no appreciation of work even after working at late nights and on weekends and no of years of experience.

1. Toxic Culture. 2. Unprofessional attitude of co-workers. 3. Rigid CEO dosent give a hear to people's ideas and plans. 4. Fired people during Covid when train's we're not working and employees couldn't travel to work rather than giving WFH was making a compulsion to work from office only.

You work like a dog and zero appreciation. Too much partiality and groupism. Not a place if you want grow. The company has a long way to go in concern with processes. Not a process driven organisation
