Renilda HR -- she has always demonstrated unprofessional,Ugly,,arrogance and MOONY behaviour,Including arriving late to shifts,,taking unplanned leaves very often.She doesnt exhibits the same understanding towards employees facing similar situations. She often creates conflicts within the management team and engages in disruptive activities,such as fostering conspiracies. She is a Dolbludger and not at all suitable on her current role and if Rahul gets the time to read this honest and genuine feedback please take actions against her to do justice for people like us. Ankit Biyani - VP Sales at Desertcart So Ankit Biyani has a similar pattern to Renilda with unprofressional,unethical,rude, behaviour.He frequently terminates employees before they complete 6 months of service ,often without providing valid justification.Additionally he has history of taking credits of employee's ideas and contributions ensuring that these insights are not shared with the company's owner, Rahul Swaminathan. Previous Manager's have faced similar challenges including false accusations raised against them by Ankit. Such actions highlight serious concerns about his leadership and Integrity.. I pity of Rahul he doesnt know anything but i heard there is a new CEO hired and Ankit has to report to him so i hope he will have difficult time now and wont be able to do injustice to people like me.. I dont wish ill for anyone but for these 2 Traitors i will..A worst company to work with
