It has a very toxic culture, where people who ascertain to buttering up their superiors get the perks and have growth. This fact is being not addressed to the founders.

To be honest there is less Politics among the tech team.

Dislikes

Poor management, No definite business model, I have seen Co-founder insult publicly on several occasions. Top management does not promote the company instead they promote themselves. No job security, less career growth. Hire and fire company.
