I attended an interview in july where I experienced unprofessional treatment. Despite arriving 5-6 minutes early for my scheduled interview time, I was made to wait for 30 minutes before being seen. Furthermore, the interview was conducted solely by an HR representative, who expressed that my lack of experience made me unsuitable for the role. This was further emphasized by the fact that the director did not even participate in the interview process. The interview itself felt like a mere formality, with only 4-5 questions asked. If the company does not hire fresh graduates, I question the purpose of inviting me for an interview in the first place. This experience left me feeling that fresh graduates are not treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.
