1. The absence of work from home culture is a downside for me. 2. The of time flexibility can be challenging for work life balance

Likes

There are so many positive things about the company. 1- They offer training and other opportunities to grow and do better in career. 2- Managers are supportive and always there to help you if you get stuck with a task. 3- You are expected quality work and to do quality work you are given realistic deadlines.

Dislikes

Sometimes Things get hectic due to several tasks being done at one time. And we have to hustle to get things done.

Likes

In my 4-5 months of tenure i have noticed 3-4 things which i like about the company. 1- Great work life balance. 2- Free snacks every day in the evening. I love samosa and they provide 2 samosa once a week 3- They also give cakes every month if you have your birthday. 4- My teammates helped me with joining process and everything. 5- They are very helpful.

Dislikes

Sometimes cake gets over before everyone can have it. They should increase the quantity of cake ordered.
