I like to say that they strictly following safety measures. They mainly focus on workers safety. That is what I liked about this company.

...e people by their skills. They just picking some diplamo candidate as well as B.E candidates and make them to work on some production or in assembly areas and also the package for both of them will be same .

Nothing to learn newer things for a elevator professional persons. Creating unnecessary pressure from cross functional teams but worthless. No documentation / no proper sop/ no proper communication/ worst culture.
