As a Wissend employee. I was gained many skills and Knowledge in this company. I have currently working in two project and In that I'm owning one project as individual user. I have gained many things from this Company.

Dislikes

After working there for two years, this is one of the worst company I've ever seen; there are no benefits, incentives, or even a pay raise. They will give you 10k when you first start, but they won't give you 25k after 4 years either. They won’t grow you.

Great oppurtunity for learning and establish new ideas.. Encourage the skills and appreciate for our performance

There's a politics related to leave and hikes... If some time there is lack of opportunity due to seniors or the team requirement

I love the growing opportunities they offer besides the experience and we can enrich our skills. If one wants to learn and grow in a start-uo this is the best choice :)

Nothing much. As a start-up, they are fine in all ways
