Worked on internal tools of the client where there is no scope of learning. Hikes and salary is very low. When you join they say minimum hike of 30 percentage. Gives you 5-10 percent hike in which half of the component is retention bonus No work life balance. Managers just hear your problems and says that's how everywhere things works You are forced to have 98 percent attendance and no flexibility in using your own leaves which lapse.

... be ready to help you when you need it. Compensation and benifits are very good. They pay variable pay and bonuses up front, very rarely I have seen it in any of the company.

Wissen will offer exorbitant salary to attract candidates

Wissen has no policy, company is run by bunch of technical people. No accountability in seniors of HR, they are puppets in hands of management. They have MNC concept of HRBP who will not be there when employees are fired, managers are not aware, any random HR comes over a call and argues with employee while conveying that they are fired from job, no empathy or doesn't even know how to talk. Management here talks of IIT IIMs but HR itself cant speak a line without adding thousand nouns. HR have no decency to listen to employee but will counter attack, pathetic when they fire.

Nothing, this company is notorious and has some highly rigged/manipulative policies against its employees with respect to gratuity, PF, notice-peroid etc.

Conversation with regards to salary revision/correction is not encouraged by Wissen management No respect for employees, employees are continuously threatened and micro managed, there is no such thing as employee friendliness as far as Wissen management is concerned. Toxic work culture and bad people management by Wissen ED's.
